Favorite customer story?

A customer who we’d worked with trying to resolve the issues he was experiencing using Sense. My coworkers and I did a very good job fixing the problematics that his unit was having, to the point that he was very satisfied for the great support we’d given to him. One day, I received an email from the same user saying that he personally would like to see the face of the people who are touching the customers (us) and that we should be given recognition. That was very kind from his part.

What’s your favorite part about working at Sense?

The energy of everyone working in the office. All my coworkers are always willing to bring positive and innovative ideas. Also, being part of the biggest and youngest team within the company is very exciting. Everyone is eager to help each other and this makes it a very dynamic and pleasant environment.

I am from Boston, MA born and raised.

What’s the most memorable trip you’ve taken in the last five years?

Going to the Bahamas with my family last year. We went on a tour with one of the locals instead of the normal tourist guides. Going with him as opposed to the tour franchises made the experience a lot more intimate for me and my family, and because of him, I will never forget my vacation to the Bahamas

What was the last show you binged watched?

The Walking Dead

Why Sense?

Although Sense is in it’s early stages, I think that it’s already very useful and in the near future, has the potential to be an essential product for every home to have.

What’s your favorite part about working at Sense?

Being able to see first hand what it takes to get a start up off the ground is amazing. Sense being such an innovative product makes me feel extremely lucky to be able to work next to such a diverse and intelligent group of people.

If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Assuming that I would be able to visit it safely and comfortably, maybe some kind of unexplored lava cave under the Earth’s Crust. What? You said anywhere ‘IN’ the world!

If you could pick any job (besides your job at Sense), what would it be?

I think the life of a competitive gamer is pretty awesome. They get to travel around the world, make lots of friends, and are always challenged with competition. I like to be engaged a lot.

What has been the coolest thing you’ve seen while at Sense?

The coolest thing is seeing a graph of how electricity flows through different devices. It’s like we can see into a digital world or something.

What’s your favorite part about working at Sense?

Not only do I geek out about how cool the product is, but we all seem to!  It’s such a pleasure to work with people who all feel excited and engaged about the same thing.  Also we have a phenomenal coffee machine!

You Don’t Mess With the Zohan

What’s your favorite part about working at Sense?

The team genuinely cares about offering a top-of-the-line product that the users can be excited about, long after installing their Sense. We understand that we won’t always have it 100% right, right out the gate, but that’s why we value user feedback so much. Working alongside such highly driven people motivates me, on a daily basis, to do all that i can to help Sense be at its best – whether that’s putting in extra hours or asking the tough questions.

Favorite customer story?

It’s like picking a favorite son or daughter… I love them equally.
